Homescreen Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026 ยท Effective: October 30, 2026
Homescreen markets iPhone apps for the people who built them: the App Store page, ads, reviews and the app's website. This website describes that work and lets you chat with our AI assistant or leave your details for a person on our team.
This policy explains what information we collect when you use homescreen.agency, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the choices you have. It is written to be read, so it starts with the short version.
The short version
- What we collect: what you type to the assistant, what you send us through forms and the technical details every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type.
- Why: to run Homescreen, keep it secure, answer you, and make it better.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
- Calls and texts: when you give us your number, we may call and text you about what you asked for, and AI assistants may make those calls and send those messages. Marketing waits for your yes. Reply STOP to any text to stop.
- Your choices: you can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information. homescreen.agency sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising tags. Global Privacy Control is honored everywhere.
- Questions: email support@get-creative.co.

1. Who we are
Homescreen is operated by Intentionally Creative LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Homescreen", "we", "us"), at 4465 E Genesee St., Syracuse, New York 13214, United States.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers homescreen.agency. It does not cover other companies' sites or services, even when we link to them.
3. The information we collect
| What | Examples | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| What you send us | Your name, email address, phone number, your app's name and what you would like help with | You |
| Chat | What you type to the assistant and its replies, and, if you say yes to a person on our team reaching you, your name, email address, phone number and your app's name | You |
| Technical information | IP address (used for security and abuse prevention), browser and device type, and error reports | Your browser and device |
We do not ask for sensitive information such as health details, government ID numbers or precise location.
4. How we use it
We use your information to:
- provide Homescreen, operate your account and do what you ask
- power Homescreen's AI features (see below)
- answer your questions and requests
- keep Homescreen and our users safe, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems
- understand what people ask us and improve Homescreen, its answers and this website
- call, text and email you about what you asked for, and with marketing only if you agreed to it, including with AI assistants and AI voices
- comply with the law and enforce our terms
AI and your information
Homescreen uses AI to answer questions in the chat on homescreen.agency and take the details our team needs to reach you. To do that, the text, images or files a feature needs are sent to the AI providers named in Service Providers and Subprocessors, which process them to produce the answer and return it to us. Read How We Use AI for what that means in practice.
- What you type or say in a chat or on a call is used to answer you, to follow up on what you asked for, and to check and improve the answers.
- We may use information that has been aggregated or de-identified, so that it no longer identifies you or your business, to improve our products.
- AI makes mistakes. Where an answer or action matters, a person reviews it or you are asked to confirm.
- No AI decision made by Homescreen has a legal or similarly significant effect on you without a person involved.
Legal bases (Europe, the UK and Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on these legal bases:
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Providing the service and your account | Performance of a contract with you |
| Security, fraud prevention and fixing problems | Our legitimate interest in a safe, working service |
| Calls, texts and emails about what you asked for | Steps you asked us to take, and your consent where the law asks for it |
| Marketing calls and texts | Your consent |
| Recording and transcribing calls and chats | Your consent, and our legitimate interest in accurate records |
| Complying with the law | Legal obligation |
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only in these cases:
- Service providers that host, send, process or secure information for us, and the AI providers that process what a feature needs. The list, with what each does, is in Service Providers and Subprocessors.
- Legal reasons. When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of you, us or others.
- Business changes. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may move to the new owner, who must honor this policy.
- With your consent in any other case.
6. Cookies and your browser
homescreen.agency sets no cookies of its own, keeps nothing in your browser's storage and runs no analytics or advertising tags. When you start a chat or send the form, Cloudflare checks that a person, not an automated program, is using the site (Cloudflare Turnstile). To do that it reads information about your browser and device, and uses it to tell people from automated programs, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
7. Calls, texts, AI assistants and recordings
On homescreen.agency you can chat with our AI assistant and leave your details for a person on our team, who follows up by email or phone. When you give us a phone number or an email address, we may call, text and email you about what you asked for, as our Terms of Service describe.
- Marketing. We send marketing calls and texts only to people who agreed to them where we asked. We record each consent with its time, the number and the exact words agreed to, and agreeing is never a condition of buying anything.
- AI assistants. AI assistants may write, send and answer our messages and place and take our calls, sometimes with an AI-generated voice. This policy and our terms tell you so in advance. An AI assistant always says it is one when you ask, and you can ask for a person at any time.
- Recordings. Calls, chats, video calls and voice messages may be recorded and transcribed. The recording and transcript are processed by us and by the companies that run our phone, chat, transcription and AI systems, to answer you, keep records, train our team and our AI assistants, check quality and resolve disputes. Calls say at the start that they are recorded.
- Stopping. Reply STOP to any text, say so on a call, or email support@get-creative.co. We act on it within 10 business days. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
- We do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and consent go only to the companies that deliver our calls and messages.
We email you only when you ask us something or when you sign up for something that sends email.
8. How long we keep it
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Chats and messages you send us | Up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you become a client |
| Consent and opt-out records for calls and texts | 5 years after the last call or message, to show we honored them |
| Security and error logs | Up to 13 months |
Backups. We keep encrypted backups so we can recover from a failure. Information you delete is removed from our live systems as described above but can remain in these backups, where nobody uses it. If we ever restore from a backup, we delete again anything that had been deleted.
9. How we protect it
- Connections to our sites and apps are encrypted (HTTPS), and our backups are encrypted.
- Each customer's data is kept apart by access rules in the database, our team's access is limited to the people who need it, and access to sensitive records such as visit replays is logged.
- Passwords are never stored in plain text; many of our sign-ins use one-time email codes instead of passwords.
- Payment card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- see the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy in a portable format;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop marketing emails and texts (use the unsubscribe link or reply STOP);
- withdraw consent you gave, at any time, without affecting what we did before.
How to ask: email support@get-creative.co from the address you use with us. We confirm who you are before we act, answer within 30 days (45 days where US state law allows), and do not charge for it. You can use an authorized agent; we will ask the agent for your signed permission and may ask you to confirm your identity. If we decline a request, we explain why and you can appeal by replying to our answer; we answer appeals within 45 days.
We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
Your privacy choices
- Cookies and analytics: homescreen.agency sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, so there is nothing to switch off.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information, which we never do.
